  • The Chemistry Department was formally established in the year 1977 with B.Sc. (Chemistry) Course
  • The M.Sc. (Chemistry) Course was started in 2003 as a Self – Supporting course which was converted into Aided course in June 2006 by the State Government
  • The M.Phil. (Full Time and Part Time) and Ph.D. (Full Time and Part Time) research courses were started in year 2012
